Your product is dispatched on the day you order if received by 3pm Mon-Fri. Orders received after 3pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. Please note most items will require a signature upon delivery. Keep an eye out for a card from Australia Post to collect your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary. Delivery time is based on Australia Post guidelines.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 202, Anna Bay, New South Wales, 2316.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. International sales will be charged at the exchange rate applicable on day order is received.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 202, Anna Bay, New South Wales AU 2316.
